JOSEPH HONG
Principal
Mr. Hong is a lawyer in NELC’s Entertainment and Media Industry Group. His practice emphasizes high level transactions focused on the entertainment and media industries. He represents a diverse group of individual and institutional clients across the motion picture, television, and other related industries. He has particular expertise in representing clients that are below-the-line in the entertainment industry.
Mr. Hong has also been involved in substantial commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty and fraud claims, construction disputes, and real estate disputes.

Of Counsel
Mr. West’s practice focuses on insurance and commercial litigation. He has substantial experience representing clients in breach of contract and business tort cases arising out of complex business transactions and he often represents co-owners of businesses in partnership disputes. He has been lead counsel in more than 100 civil trials and arbitrations that have been litigated to final decision.
